1. Agreement to Terms

By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the services. We may modify the Terms at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms.

2. Managed Services

Our managed services ("Scalius Plus," "Scalius Enterprise") include the management, deployment, and maintenance of the Scalius open-source software on your behalf.

  • Fees: You agree to pay the monthly management fee and any usage-based costs incurred from third-party providers (e.g., Vercel, Turso) as outlined on our pricing page.
  • License: Your use of the software under our managed service is governed by a commercial license, which supersedes the AGPL v3 license of the self-hosted version. You are not required to share modifications made to your instance.
  • Service Level: We will use commercially reasonable efforts to make the managed services available with a Monthly Uptime Percentage of at least 99.9% during any monthly billing cycle.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any activity by unauthorized users. You must safeguard the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Scalius, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers or licensors be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
